 1.Can I Canceled my order?

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service. You should contact us at easedress@gmail.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.

 

2.Can I Returns or Exchange my order if I not satisfied?

Easedress strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. You must contact us Custom Service return/exchange products to us.We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

 

3.If I DON’T want to pay too much shipment when I need to exchange, what should I do?

We will accept exchanges for your unlike style, size or color. But the cost should pay by customers. If you want to have a change and unwilling to pay too much shipment, we will ship the correct one in your next order shipment. But, you should know that the reture ship cost is yours. please contact our customer support before sending the products back.( we unaccept send back the parcel under the terms of freight to be collected )

 

4.Should I Pay the ship cost when I need Return my order?

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. As you know, it will be high tax to import the textile from other country in China. After we Clear Customs, we will show you the Customs tax cost to pay. But if the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault, We will pay the cost(Taking the photo and send to our services). Please contact our customer support for refund assistance.
